Infosys Result 2021 | Infosys Dividend 2021: Infosys announced 20.5 percent year-on-year growth in its revenue consolidated to an amount of Rs. 29,602 crore. The company reported 6.1 percent increase in quarter-on-quarter revenue in total revenues to 29,602 crore in the last quarter. The company also beat the Street’s estimates.

Infosys on Wednesday announced an 11.9 percent year-on-year (YoY) rise in its consolidated net profits of Rs 5,421 crore in the July-September quarter. In a chronological perspective it was 4.4 percent more than the Rs 5,195 crore earned in the previous June quarter.

The IT major’s revenue increased 20.5 percent YoY up to Rs. 29,602 crore and was up 6.1 percent on a quarterly basis. Operating margin was 23.6 percent in the quarter, as compared to 25.3 percent in the comparable period last year. It was 23.7 percent in June this year’s quarter.

Infosys raised its revenue forecast to 16.5-17.5 percent for FY22, up from 14-16 percent expansion in constant exchange that it had previously predicted.

The company noted that its quarter-to-quarter growth was broad across all geographies and segmentation, including the most significant geographical area North America growing at 23.1 per cent , and the most significant segment that is financial services, which grew at 20.5 percent YoY in constant currency.

Infosys Chief Operating Officer Pravin Rao has said that 86 percent of employees have had at minimum one dose of Covid-19 vaccine. It is currently preparing to adopt the hybrid model of work.

The workforce was 2,79,617 at the close of the September quarter and the attrition rate stood at 20.1 percent. The company also announced an interim dividend in the amount of 15 rupees per share of equity.

The shares of Infosys ended 1.42 percent greater at 1,708.75 in the Bombay Stock Exchange. The company announced its financial results shortly after the market closed.
